Street light at the end of Welton Drive.

Sent to Cheshire East Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 5577033.

The engineers investigated the problem, and were unable to deal with it because of the overgrowing trees around the light. According to the Land Registry, in 2015, Cheshire East Council identified the extent of the highway land maintainable at the public expense.
