Dip in road about 20 yards from Electricity pole / transformer
Reported via desktop in the Pothole category anonymously at 21:35, Thursday 8 February 2024
Sent to Cheshire East Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 5551223.
There is a big hole developing on Penningtons Lane, immediately at the side of the road. It is possibly an old culvert which is steadily collapsing and the road will probably collapse with it? It stands on opposite side of road to a 30 foot electric transformer pole about 20 yards further up the road after the transformer. Some big lorries are using the road and probably contributing to the potential collapse. (no warning signs re unsuitability of road). Thanks 1.2.24
