Green space on Bradfield Road, opposite Heron foods (formerly The Merlin public house) and running adjacent to the back of houses of Sedgemere Avenue and Bodnant Close.

Sent to Cheshire East Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 5539893.

I would like to draw your attention to an area which is on a main thoroughfare of our town and is looking very neglected in recent years. The area I refer to is the green space on Bradfield Road, opposite Heron foods and continues south adjacent to the Sedgemere Avenue estate. The green has multiple trees which appear to have not been maintained, possibly since being planted over thirty five years ago. The area in general is also heavily littered. The litter has increased tenfold since Heron foods have opened. Therefore, I and other local residents that I have spoken to, would like to see a bin provided on the Heron foods side as people and children will not cross the busy road to dispose of there rubbish in the bin next to the bus stop. Thank you in advance for your attention in this matter.

Littering generally in the area becoming more of an issue since Heron foods opened four years ago. As a main route in and out of Crewe, I feel it does not do represent our town in a favourable way.
