Street light out on the hill down to the bend..

Single pathway, only route as no pavement on the other side of the road. The pavement is uneven and dangerous at the best of times in daylight as not managed by the council at all. At night as the light has been out for several weeks now (would assume council would monitor these but obviously not) you cannot see anything (as in photo).

It is a 40 zone and given the lack of lighting, uneven pavement - a pedestrian could easily fall, hurt themself or fall into the road.
