Major potholes larger than 60cm and deep. Missed during last repair and mush worse. Been there for 6 months. Along bottom half. Liability to Path Users" and "Surfaces of Public Rights of Way" guidance States that as cow lane is a public right of way and in the interest of pedestrians safety the potholes should be repaired with a more robust materia
