Congleton road opposite side to Rudyard close

Sent to Cheshire East Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 5531156.

"Repair" completed on loose man hole cover before Christmas lasted a week before it started banging again every time a car drove over it. It now booms and shakes the house. I have had to move my child to share a room at the back of the house as it was keeper her awake. A permanent fix needs to be made and not "bodged".
