Dangerous trip hazard and draining sewerage into drains at night!
Sent to Cheshire East Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 5529626.
I was walking along strines road, the only side which has a pavement at night and tripped on a hose pipe. The smell was awful and it appeared to be pumping what I can only describe as foul water into the drains which I do not believe is legal.
I could have really injured myself and whoever is doing it obviously knows this isn't allowed as no pumping during the day time, only night time.
It is one of the properties at this address as you can see from the pictures, whoever owns the field shown.
