Numerous potholes along that stretch of road

Many large potholes!

Fed up of reporting as they are fixed and last for a couple of weeks before they are bad again.

Last time someone came to assess before they were fixed and I just happened to be going up the road and told him i had reported the problem, he said "I wish you wouldn't". Great! I wish they'd send someone competent to fix them. That's unlikely! Love watching my council tax getting wasted repeating the same work.
