Sent to Cheshire East Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 5527400.

These potholes have been here for several months/year getting worse/dangerous to get in/out with cars onto main road. There are 5 residential properties & bottom of cars are now hitting potholes. It has been reported before. Now struggling to get out with a buggy/pram to find an even area. There is going to be an incident. The area is not private. Cobbled stones shown on photos I’ve sent determine where private begins/ends.
