Outside a number of properties at the bottom of toll bar road

Sent to Cheshire East Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 5485125.

The sub-contracted utility company look like amateurs - the way they are doing the works is dangerous - vehicles cant get in or out of toll bar road safely - some young lad was just sat in on of the holes made - very unprofessional looking works.

Same on a property on chester road - just so like cowboys -
