Sect 58 non compliance sect 58 failures by CEC Highways

Reported via iOS in the Pothole category by I williamson at 10:40, Wed 24 January 2024

Sent to Cheshire East Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 5484375.

I don't personally care for misleading fake and excuses your failures to maintain Moss Lane in 2023 and now 2024 reports of defects ignored by you, drive by “flawed inspections” to lazy to get out and inspect the lane.

Potholes so big a bin lid would be to small, cracks in substructure, collapsing highways, collapsed passing points.

DANGER TO DRIVERS, PEDESTRIANS, RESIDENTS we are fully aware that you will repair 1 hole to try to satisfy your sect 58 compliance but the law and highways act does not grant you immununity when you intentionally ignore reports of dangers defects.

Robotic replies from robots is unacceptable.

The evidence of potholes from Jan23 still untouched but now even bigger 1 year later in Jan 24 is clear evidence of your failures to comply with the highways act
