None approved access gate to Banks farm Hassall Moss

Reported via mobile in the Slurry or Mud on the Highway category anonymously at 15:55, Sun 21 January 2024

Sent to Cheshire East Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 5471087.

The farmer is using an access gate that is not shown on ordinance maps or land registry details - leading to Hassall Moss lane that is tacking excessive slurry and muck onto the lane - creating environmental hazard to local residents and walkers on the road. as no footpath on the lane the farmer needs to be cleaning the area after use or during excessive use of the lane rather than utilising own farm land to move muck and feeds / waste slurry.
