Banks Farm / Hasall Moss

Reported via mobile in the Slurry or Mud on the Highway category anonymously at 16:37, Saturday 20 January 2024

Sent to Cheshire East Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 5468520.

Banks farm is undertaking construction works for a new Milking shed build (13 month since works began) and the lane is left with all the muck from the works and farmer has never cleaned the lane. the much is then washed down the lane to my property and adjoining properties. This is creating an environmental concern to all impacted residents. the farmer has also filled in previous “cattle grids” that also allow Slurry from the Million Gallon Tanks to escape on to the lane at the same location.
