Car park off Jasmine Avenue - enter at side of house number 27.

Sent to Cheshire East Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 5464909.

There is a large water drain as you enter the car park and when covers are lifted it exposes a Culvert. This culvert keeps overflowing and flooding the back gardens of Number 27-37 Jasmine and 1 Blueberry Way SK10 3GS. The problem has been ongoing for last 15 months and water floods into the garden with the bulk of it running up to 17 hours at 1 Blueberry Way resulting in 3-4 inches of water around property until it drains. The issue started when Bellway started building on Chelford Road. The Culvert at number 52 Whirley has collapsed according to Bellway which may be adding to our flooding issues. 50 Whirley Road is suffering significant flooding Please investigate where water is coming from and why houses are getting flooded out
