Outside property (number 131)

Reported via mobile in the Hedge/Tree Maintenance category anonymously at 12:59, Sunday 14 January 2024

Sent to Cheshire East Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 5440593.

The trees are minimum 50ft hight with a span of 30ft. The branches that fall off the tree could cause someone serious damage if they were to hit someone. Its roots are cracking pavement and driveway, breaking service wires feeding the property, every year it kills my garden with the amount of leaves and blocks all sunlight. Cause hazardous algae underfoot causing slip hazards along with cracks caused by roots. Im now being charged by cheshire east council to dispose of the fallen leaves as I've been told i could face being in trouble if i was to sweep the fallen leaves onto the road as it may cause a RTC. Also need a street sweeper to collect fallen leaves and branches.
