Street side Alderley Road 77-79, Wilmslow. About 4 to 5 gullies are blocked

Sent to Cheshire East Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 5413950.

The street, in front of our apartment building (12 apartments), has several blocked gullies right at the entrance side of our gate, 77 -79 Alderley Road, Wlimslow SK9 1PA. At least 5 gullies are almost constantly flooded and passing cars are creating a lot of water splashing over the pedestrian footpath. This has been the case ever since we moved in about three years ago. Further on in the street the gullies seem to be working well. Your help to resolve this situation would be greatly appreciated.

Just to be sure, this a long term problem probably cause by blockages in the draining system.
