Stretch of Strines Road that falls into Cheshire East

Drains are all blocked with silt ,debris ,leaves and litter (on the left hand side of the road as you travel to marple from new mills )causing flooding .Due to the build up of silt and debris the carriageway on this side of the road is narrower ,slippy and treacherous.This is an accident waiting to happen .I have reported this issue before and it never gets addressed ,last year we witnessed a motorcycle skid over with the motorcyclist ending up on the road a near miss that he didn’t then get run over
