Sent to Cheshire East Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 5388452.

Water has been surcharging in a fountain about 12inches high from the two gullies (one on each side of the road) between Dairy Farm and Redlion bridge. Flood waters flowing along Trap Street from outside Welltrough Hall Farm to Redlion bridge, but unable to get away.
