Sent to Cheshire East Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 5387832.

The road is totally flooded and water is entering properties and land on both sides of the road This is the worst since it was originally reported in November Pedestrian access would need wellingtons There are no street lights and the water level is very close to impassable A road safety issue
