Just after the Brook house farm going towards mottram hall

Sent to Cheshire East Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 5376079.

There is no light , this happened before it is dark driving along the country lanes luckily this time another driver was in front of me but last time it was like having whip lash and hitting a brick wall as you hit the flooded rd in pitch black . Cant the rd have a slight hill or proper drainage its been like that for years and still nothing is done .
