Halfway along Cross Lane near to a bungalow Tibbles Green

The lane has flooded for some time, with smelly water coming down the lane. Recently electric cables were put into the road, and now water comes out of the tarmac where the new cables are fitted. In the winter it also freezes and is dangerous.

The problem is now a lot worse than in the past. I live at Tibbles Green but the water is not from our land.
