Outside entrance to #7

Sent to Cheshire East Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 5310932.

Once again the road flooding outside #7 Heybridge lane is blocking pedestrian access to #7. This has been getting steadily worse over the last few weeks. The flood exists for several days. It also threatens damage to electrical automatic gate equipment. This has occured on 7 occasions in the last 20 years. It is primarly and usually caused by blockage at gully 31957 which has been reported frequently as damaged.
