This is an ongoing issue where rubbish is being dumped by one neighbour further up the lane. The business bins have been removed but this location is now a dumping ground by one neighbour dumping their domestic rubbish. Witnessed on numerous occasions yet again this morning. Causing a rat infestation problem affecting local properties all caused by 2 individuals from one property. This needs dealing with as a matter of priority please.
