Sent to Cheshire East Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 5300462.

The road is completely flooded across the carriageway and the foot path (No pedestrian access) The flood water is rising and going into the Electricity sub station and nearby property It is hidden from view and would be un-expected for traffic from either direction It needs road flooding warning signs
