The 2 drains/gullies on Dean Row Road adjacent to Tudor Green properties near Browns Lane

Sent to Cheshire East Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 5280549.

These are not draining at all even when it’s not raining they are full. It is causing water damage to my new fences. The issue has been going on for years. I have replaced concrete posts and fencing and will not do so again at my expense.
