Outside our property 20 Henshall Drive

Henshall Drive in general is now dreadful with many parts of the road back to the lining. We have lived here 24 years and there has never been any upkeep of the drive. My elderly relative tripped at the weekend on the image attached to this complaint and hurt herself very badly. The whole road needs resurfacing but I could only attach one image. Please can this become a matter of urgency in order to prevent future accidents.
