CECH damaging my property failing to report

Your employees have damaged my property which has been caught on cctv at 10:34am 27/11/23 the highways employee know he has hit our post he reverses after the bump then whilst reversing looks at the damage and fails to report it to us this is illegal and a criminal offence he was confronted at 1500 hrs today and denied it he is a liar and a very poor driver I want insurance information by Wednesday 29/11/23 or I’m reporting it to the police
