1 Lowe Drive

Reported via desktop in the Footway category anonymously at 16:58, Mon 27 November 2023

Sent to Cheshire East Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 5258375.

There has been work done over the years, on the footpath directly outside my property. The footpath along that area, has now seriously started disintegrating and badly damaged by tree roots and wall damage by possibly a vehicle. There has been pedestrians, mainly young children injuring themselves on this uneven footpath, where the tarmac is sticking right out of the ground and uneven. Its been filled by rubble the same as the road pot holes and it keeps getting teared up. Also at the top of my driveway the path is disintegrating, as well as the road next to it. Please can we rectify this asap as it is also noticeable getting worse by the day. there ends up being large chunks of rubble and bolders in the road and on the path from these areas. I have attached images of the affected area. I do have videos from my security cameras of pedestrians and children tripping over it and really hurting themselves if that will help. I am constantly getting complaints re this from pedestrians that have injured themselves. Please can we just get this rectified asap as this has got worse over the last 5 years, i can't do anything on my property until this has been rectified.
