All the grids and drainage pipes are blocked, at least six of them. There is a sump on the opposite side from the the houses, on the bend by the lay-by, that is full and I am led to believe it will 6 tankers to empty it. The below surface paperwork is blocked solid and causes the road to be impassable during heavy rains as the water has no where to go apart from through my front garden. This needs sorting now before someone is injured or worse please.
