I do not know what you consider resolved when you seem to claim so many times your employees are on “adhoc” visits on Moss Lane but then nothing happens I don't know if this is a game with highways making it look like your are doing something when you are doing nothing.
My cctv captures everything your officers fail to do fail to repair properly fail to Make Moss lane a safe highway.
The holes in the pictures are worse 3 inches plus deep exceeding sect 58 repair guidance and should have been marked up, if you have evidence in writing contrary to your own failing inspection and repair policy please share I with me.
Highways are fully aware of the high number of pedestrians that use Moss lane leaving holes this deep and wide is gross negligence and highly irresponsible.
I’m recording on my cctv the extent of these holes which have only got worse AFTER highways tried to fix them what does that tell you about your repair works.
