Sent to Cheshire East Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 5217103.

Water has polled by the kerb and reaches some way onto the road. As therre is no visible kerbside gully, continuing rain will make it extremely slow to clear so pedestrians run the chance of being sprayed with water by any passing vehicle whose driver doesn't take avoiding action.
