Flooded again, worse this time. Water was pouring into my front garden and rising up the wall of the house. I have had to bail it out and clear the road. Drains are completely overwhelmed, I need this drain moving before any more serious damage happens. I've had to build a dam in my front garden.

  • We deal with gullies based on the level of immediate risk. We have assessed this location and it is not considered to present an immediate danger to highway users at this time. We are due to empty the gullies here as part of our routine programme in the next 12 weeks. This means we will not visit before the scheduled visit unless there is an immediate threat to life or the inside of property.
