Flooded pavement outside

The pavement is constantly flooded meaning i/the public are unable to walk along the pavement safely. i have to walk on the road with my young child - this is very unsafe to walk along the side of a very busy main road

  • We have carried out an initial assessment of the problem and we need more time to decide our next steps. Drainage issues can be complex and time consuming-matters and at this stage we are unable to give you any indication on timescale. We will update your enquiry once we have more information. In the meantime, we will keep the area safe through routine inspections. If you believe the location has become unsafe and is presenting an immediate danger, please call 0300 123 5020 or out of hours on 0300 123 5025.
