Tree outside 14 and 16 The Circuit

A dead branch has broken off and is caught on the telephone line. It is in danger of falling down onto parked cars or pedestrians. It may have been like this for some time but has only become apparent now that the leaves have fallen off the tree. There are other (living) branches that need need trimming since they are in contact with the telephone line and risk damaging the line. These have been like this for at least 2 years.
