Sent to Cheshire East Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 5193655.

Blocked gulleys full of leaves and sand on left of Road opposite school causing flooding of pavements I besides nursery 1 by 34 Offley Road Reported 4 times since 2022 Gully cleaner turns up when cars are parked on weekdays so cannot access the grids in question
