Hole is by the telegraph pole in grass verge between two large wooden gates. It is about 18 inches across

Sent to Cheshire East Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 5174375.

Recent flooding has caused a hole to appear in the top of the water culvert through which the stream flows under the road carriageway.

A small child could drop through this hole, falling to the bottom of the culvert.
