Reported via desktop in the Hedge/Tree Maintenance category by Rebecca Futughe at 15:59, Fri 3 November 2023

Sent to Cheshire East Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 5171677.

The path leading to Cedarwood, which is an estate of 34 properties, has hedges encroaching onto the footpath. Residents here are all over 75 and a lot have walking aids. As a result of the encroaching, overgrown hedge the residents are having to go on the road which is obviously unsafe. Please can this hedge be cut right back in order to enable a walker to pass easily? Also this is dangerous as the hedges are extremely sharp. My name is Rebecca Futughe and I am the Estate Manager at Cedarwood. My telephone number is 01625 872 398 and my email is rebecca.futughe@anchor.org.uk. Please can I have an update and this is a Health and Safety Risk.
