Station Road, Aston side of railway crossing, direction Aston.

Reported via mobile in the Pothole category anonymously at 23:56, Sat 28 October 2023

Sent to Cheshire East Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 5148353.

No action appears to have been taken about this dangerous pot hole. This evening at 23.40 there is heavy plant parked up on either side of railway crossing, forcing vehicle into side of the road where the pot hole has obviously increased in size. In the dark, one can’t see the state of the road and two tyres/alloy wheels took the brunt of the pot hole, even though the car can’t travel at more than 15mph due to the long standing state of disrepair on Station Rd. If the tyres deflate following this latest incident, the wheels and tyres are highly likely to be damaged resulting in a claim.
