Gullies from cheshire county boundary 300 metre along Audley road
Sent to Cheshire East Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 5133861.
Gullies are blocked and during heavy rain road floods causing flood water to overflow into drive and yard of Oaklands, Audley road , Alsager, leaving behind silt and Mud which has to be removed and the surface gravel replaced. This problem has been reported twice before, once online and once by phone. Its believed the gullies outside Oak cottages have been cleared in error as the operatives did not have the individual gully identity numbers. Several of the gullies are covered by a build up of soil and grass.

We deal with gullies based on the level of immediate risk. We have assessed this location and it is not considered to present an immediate danger to highway users at this time. We are due to empty the gullies here as part of our routine programme in the next 12 weeks. This means we will not visit before the scheduled visit unless there is an immediate threat to life or the inside of property.
