Witnessed the owner of the Bullfields, Long Lane, Mr Keith Bellamy fly tipping green waste and plastic bottles into the lay-by as evident from the photos we took. When we questioned what he was doing and told him this was illegal he said he had Cheshire East councils permission to do so. If we all had this permission and if we all dumped our garden garden waste along country lanes what a mess they would look. Presume he doesn’t want to pay for a green garden waste bin. I hope action is taken
