Reported via desktop in the Flooding category anonymously at 22:09, Fri 20 October 2023

Sent to Cheshire East Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 5119576.

This has flooded yet again after I have spent hours clearing up from the last flood. The water flooding from your land is creating a nuisance for which we have not negotiated an easement. The flood is not caused by a river, but by the inability of the drainage system to deal with rainwater. This is the fifth flood this year and the loss of amenity and time taken to clear up from the failures of a neighbour is unacceptable. Could you please advise of the measures you are putting in this place to prevent this nuisance from continuing.
