Woodford Road- Column fallen over!

Street light looks like it has snapped in the high winds. I have raised my concern about the safety of these street lights many times before and nothing has been done. They are old and rusty and clearly not safe! They are all going to need testing now to make sure they are structurally safe. It doesn’t look like this is from impact with a car because it is all still even at the bottom. Luckily, it hasn’t fallen towards the road. Electrics are all hanging out at the bottom so is going to need urgent attention when safe to do so in this weather please. Thank you
