Sent to Cheshire East Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 5116117.

Very deep water upto 12 inches on main carriageway covering both sides of road. Vehicles trying to pass on one side of carriageway only meaning vehicles are travelling head on. Traffic backing up on all roads in the area.
