The 'stepped' part of this footway

Sent to Cheshire East Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 5107998.

As is usual in the autumn there is an accumulation of leaves on these steps which become soaking wet and make the steps slippery. Being wet they don't get blown away by the wind.
