Sent to Cheshire East Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 5054380.
The dropped kerb previously reported has not been amended or made safe. A reminder this wasn't built to correct specification and is oversized. Parking is getting even worse and the drop kerb takes up too many spaces. The concrete that was used instead of tarmac is already beginning to crack and the profile is too steep when the kerb gets frosty, its an accident waiting to happen.
I probably don't need to remind you but (taken from your own website
"It is an offence under S.184 of the Highways Act 1980 to habitually gain vehicular access to a property or land without the use of a properly constructed vehicular crossing (dropped kerb)."
I think its about time it was sorted out.
