Sent to Cheshire East Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 5053150.
Your email to me was flawed and is under review and will be replied pending immediate referral to the LGSCO for your breach of legal requirements in law that do not allow you to sit back and watch the destruction of your property that threatens my property due to your gross negligence.
Lorraine O’Donnell CEO of CEBC is acting negligently by allowing it's highways dept to ignore an issue of breach of land drainage act, it's duty of care and it's responsibilities as a riparian owner.
The law is not there for either CEBC & Highways to pick and choose what it wants to comply with the law is clear and your CEBC HIGHWAYS are failing me and the law.
I will not accept a delay of December for Highways to sit back and watch my property be threatened for lazy engineers who want to sit back with flood management at watch my property to flood due to there gross negligence and incompetent attitude to a wait and see mentality when the laws requires then to act when reported not months later.
