Council owned ditch blocked holding water

Reported via iOS in the Gully/Drainage category by I williamson at 10:29, Mon 2 October 2023

Sent to Cheshire East Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 5051888.

Despite photos and a poor effort by flood management who carried out a flawed and failed test without any evidence or photo or video showing the ditch worked this ditch remains BLOCKED as a riparian owner the council are failing in it's duty to maintain its ditch to free flowing water water that sits and does NOT MOVE IS NOT FREEFLOWING!

Your ditch your responsibility your failure to maintain your ditch in accordance with the law.

Flood management @ CEBC are bad but this as does other evidence show they are failing miserably in their duty under riparian ownership and and land drainage act if you are this bad on your own property it explains why flood management are petrified to use legislation on those owners who also fail in their duty under law

This will go to the ombudsman.
