Muck washes down the road during heavy rain and builds up in the gutter between the kerb and the road narrowing raised area. The result is that heavy rainfall ponds across the pavement between the road and the driveways to Nos. 44 and 46

Normal street cleaning doesn't reach this area, so it needs someone to go with a shovel to remove it.
