Construction has been ongoing for approximately 4 months and the hired skip has not been emptied throughout which, is now full clearly from the picture enclosed, as the new business responsible continues to allow its contractors to dump rubbish, building materials and unwanted electrical items all around the car park belonging to the business. With recent winds, rubbish, wood and other such obstacles are of major a concern to the residents and surrounding properties.
