Footpath between Gawsworth crossroads and Lowes lane

Reported via desktop in the Footway category anonymously at 19:24, Tue 26 September 2023

Sent to Cheshire East Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 5034876.

The footpath is impassible in several places due to overgrown grass verges and overhanging hedges. There are more people using this footpath for exercise and to walk to and from Macclesfield recently, imparticular a gentleman in a disabled carriage with a dog who is forced to make his way along the live carriageway with his dog in his lap on his way to the Flower pot. He does this in both directions, causing tailbacks and frustration to motorists through no fault of his own.
